  • Let's Go!

    Because it's finals week at school and I only have 3 rather easy tests, I've decided this is the perfect time to begin adding a daily workout into my routine. I've been doing the Day-of-the-Week workout from http://backonpointe.tumblr.com/. I'm 3 days in. And I'm so proud, but I know I have to keep it up! I tend to always get in these moods where I'm so motivated, but then it all ends in a few days. In fact, this morning I was a bit slow going. But I stuck to it. I sucked it up and powered through. And I completed it. Yay! 

    I'm going to attempt to finish out the week. Then I'll be doing some of the other workout routines she has on her site. Let's do this!

  • back again! (womp)

    1st goal-- be 170 or under by the end of the month

    I'm currently around 176-177. I'm back at school, so for starters I'm not counting anything. Instead, I'm settling back into this lifestyle and trying to make healthier choices. We'll see what happens.

  • Here I am

    Back again and weighing more than ever. I can't even fit into most of my clothing. This needs to stop. I need to lose weight and FAST!

     

    Starting tomorrow (as I've already messed up today) it's diet time. 52 pounds to go.

  • Day 54

    Ugh, last night I had a craving for something sweet... and I ate Nutella out of the jar. Sounds gross but it's delicious. UGH. Okay. Done with that! Total came to 1608 or something. Today will be better!

    Calorie goal: 1104 total
